The room is inside the main building and is the least quiet in the complex, although it is well insulated acoustically. It has a sloping ceiling that makes it intimate, a large window that gives it brightness, and rustic furnishings in shades of chocolate that make it cosy. The bathroom is equipped with a hydro-massage shower column.

Spacious and comfortable room in the main building. It has an independent entrance and a small enclosed outdoor patio.
The hazelnut colour scheme gives the room a simple and refined look. Some of the walls in the room are made of stone.

The pajara, which is completely independent of the main building, has an entrance hall with a kitchen (and ceramic hob), a double bedroom in chocolate tones, and a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower cubicle.

Two bedrooms have been created in this pajara: a double and a single, accessed via a small entrance hall. The earth-coloured nuances of the furnishings make the structure, already very bright, warm. The bathroom with hydro-massage shower cubicle, the large enclosed outdoor patio (ideal for accommodating your dogs) and equipped with gazebo, table and chairs and with an outdoor hydro-massage bathtub, offer the right amount of relaxation after a day at the beach. Ideal for a couple or a small family of 3.
giamarra
Approx. 50 sqm (plus mezzanine and bathroom) and outdoor patio
Located in the oldest and highest part of the entire building, the room has vaulted ceilings with a wooden mezzanine. It has an independent entrance. La Giamarra consists of: bathroom with sauna hydromassage shower for 2 persons and tea corner, mezzanine bedroom, fireplace and furnished patio. There is one double and one single bed (with the possibility of additional beds).
junior
Approx. 35 sqm (plus mezzanine and bathroom) with patio
The suite is located in the old part of the building, with a totally independent entrance from the furnished patio in the garden. The star vaults, characterised by the straw colour of the stone with shades tending towards chocolate, blend in with the colours of the furnishings. The room has a double bed with a sitting area and a single bed on the mezzanine. The real ‘gem’ is the bathroom, carved out of an old mezzanine: living stone, play of light and hydromassage shower. There is also a private panoramic terrace.
In addition, Giamarra gives the opportunity to stay in the two flats in Otranto that it makes available to its guests.
